What it does

The whole draft, handled

A 45-second pick clock does not leave time to weigh options. Everything here exists to turn that into a two-second decision you can trust.

Live draft tracking

ESPN publishes nothing to its API while a draft runs — verified over 241 polls of a live draft. So Fantasy Command reads the draft room itself, the same way the paid tools do, and knows every pick within seconds.

🎯

One recommendation

Not a ranked list to interpret under pressure. One name, large, with why it is the pick: the slot it fills, the chance he lasts to your next turn, and what the research says about his role.

🛡️

Guardrails that hold

It cannot recommend a second kicker, a player already drafted, or a bench body over an empty starting slot. Those are enforced as rules and tested across 2,400 board positions in seven league shapes.

📋

Waivers, every week

Claims are ranked by how much they improve your starting lineup, solved week by week with byes respected — not by who has the best projection. It names the player to drop and how many rivals want the same claim.

📅

Bye-week planning

It finds the weeks you cannot field a full lineup before they arrive, and tells you which week to make the claim — instead of spending a roster spot on a hole that is five weeks away.

Evidence

What this does and does not claim

Most fantasy tools imply an edge they have never measured. This one keeps a written record of every claim that was tested and withdrawn, and it is not short.

Measured

Roster construction is worth about 169 projected points against a drafter who follows average draft position with no roster logic. Bye-week coverage, the guardrails and the live read of the board are all verified.

Small

Against a fair baseline — following ADP but not drafting ten receivers — the whole valuation model is worth about 22 projected points, roughly 1.6 a week. That is inside the error of the projections it uses.

Not proven

No edge over simply following the market has ever been demonstrated here. An earlier claim of one was tested by independent review and withdrawn. Treat rankings as a well-informed board, not a crystal ball.

Projections carry real error, and waivers, trades, injuries and luck decide most leagues. What this tool reliably gives you is current information, hard guardrails against known mistakes, and an answer inside the pick clock.
